Default RG-45 Wastegate

Part Number:
11240 Wastegate Kit, RG-45

Turbonetics is pleased to announce that the new RG-45 Wastegate p/n 11240 is now shipping. Completely designed from the ground up, Turbonetics engineers threw out the rule book when creating this new middle-weight wastegate. Capable of comfortably handling 700+ HP and only measuring slightly more than the super slim Evolution Wastegate, the RG-45 features V-Band connections in and out, 45mm valve diameter and cast stainless steel base for strength and durability.

The brand new RG-45 replaces the legendary Racegate p/n 10307 (now discontinued) in our wastegate lineup. Built with the latest technology such as an inconel valve to withstand high exhaust gas temperatures, high temp fluro-silicone diaphragm for predictable and repeatable boost control, and V-Band connections all in a very small frame size. Like its name suggests the gate has a 1.77''/45mm valve and is good for powerplants making 700+ HP.

The RG-45 is also able to be bolted on to the Tial 44mm gate V-Band flanges with the (21912 optional adaptor flange) to make this a direct replacement with no modifications necessary.

RG-45 Features:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

45mm Valve - Able to control 700+ HP
DFT - Directed Flow Technology uses active design to move exhaust gases out of the main body chamber
Investment Cast Stainless Steel - Corrosion resistance & strength
V-Band flanges - Inlet and discharge are made for easy installation and adjustments
Multiple Boost Ports - For clean and simple installation
11 psi spring installed - Comes with 5, 8, as well as 15 psi springs
Turbonetics stand-off base design - Provides cooling for the valve and diaphragm insulation
