Default How to select wastegate actuator.

I have an 87 Buick Grand National and will be running a 11356-BB turbo with 3200 stall, full 3" exhaust, blah blah blah. I plan on running E85 (sometimes 93 octane) and running boost levels from anywhere from 19-25psi. What would be an ideal actuator to get for my turbo?
