Default Stupid seller

Well I had a guy sell me his "brand new" turbonetics kit for a g35 and when I received it I had a crapload of parts missing. Well through alot of bitching and moaning, I managed to get most of the parts from the guy or just ended up buying them myself. Well he didn't send a wastegate at first and I had to nag him for it and finally sent one, but it looks all crappy and used and says part no: 10101 which is the delta mark II wastegate or something and I don't think it is the correct one I need. I took pictures and the flange ports look to be of different size and he only gave me one spring that looks brown in color. See the pictures. Is there any way of making this work with my kit or should I curse the guy out some more? Pictures are below.

Also the G35 manual states I need the evolution wastegate Part No. 10781. Is this the same as the 10780 wastegate? Cuz i can't find 10781.

That is defintiely the wrong wastegate. What he sent you is a Deltagate Mark 2 and you are correct the kit comes with an Evolution wastegate. From the drawings the bolts will line up even though the flange style is a bit different. Also there is no brown spring for the Deltagate. The following are the available springs for the Deltagate:
3 PSI spring (green)
5 PSI spring (blue)
7 PSI spring (silver)
9 PSI spring (black)

What you need is 10780 with the 9PSI spring. (Evolution wastegate) You can probably get the Deltagate to work but its up to you.

I think I'd rather go with the wastegate that normally goes with the kit (pn 10780).

These 2 links below, what do you think is the difference? They look the same but one is much more.

They should be but I would make sure the other vendor can actually get it for that price and that it comes with all springs as well.
