Default GT-K 325/350 too small?

im goin to be buying a turbo for my 2.4l srt-4. i was goin to go with a 50trim, or gt3071r. my question is i want something with a quick spool so would the gt-k 325/350 be too small? i only want anywhere from 380-400 on pump. any help would be appreciated. thanks

The T04E 50 trim compressor is a pretty popular upgrade for the SRT motors. I would consider a Stage 3 or F1-Stage 3 turbine though. The GT-K 350 uses the T04E 50 trim compressor but a Stage 2 F1 turbine which is a little small for my taste. The GT-K 450 might be a viable option as it does run an F1-Stage 3 turbine but it does have a slightly larger T04E 60 trim compressor although I doubt you will see any negative impact from the larger compressor wheel.

The Stage 2 is smaller and therefore has a lower max flow rate then the Stage 3. It might be possible to get a custom set up done but you'll need to call Turbonetics direct to find out for sure. Contact Ed or Steve at 805-581-0333 and they can help you out.
