I have read a few times that you all now offer water cooled versions. What would it take or cost to convert a GTK over?

From the data I have if everything else is in good shape (compressor wheel, shaft, housings, etc) then it would be about $600 to have the turbo rebuilt as a water cooled unit.

for any turbo from us if you look at the bearing housing you would see either 2 or 4 fitting holes on the housing. Two are the oil line inlets and the other are the water inlets for them on the opposing sides.
