I would like 600ch has the wheel and a full load has 3500 tr/min has 2 bar of pressure

I would like to know so in the range gtk the 650 is most ideal has my project because I do not find the spec turbo

The GT-K 650 uses an HP66 (66 mm) compressor wheel which is good for over 600 CHP of air. The turbine is a T4 with a 65 mm turbine wheel. In a single turbo configuration this unit should spool up on the 3500-4000 RPM range and deliver power all the way to redline. The ported compressor shroud will also increase the compressor efficiency at lower boost pressures too.
