I just purchased this kit from someone for the g35. Can you tell me what this pipe I have here is? It doesn't match up with any of the pictures. From my checklist, it may be P/N 21281 Tube Assembly, Filter to Turbo. Oh, and its powdercoated red. Should be an intercooling pipe of some kind.

It looks like the tube that runs to the throttle body from the intercooler but it doesn't appear to be a Turbonetics pipe. Turbonetics doesn't use an integrated MAF sensor mount on the G35 kit so it looks like someone built one themselves.

Thanks Robert. I think it is a special pipe the last owner made. He also cut off the "squared flange" coming off the pipe with the blow off valve. I guess he's attaching them with a coupler or something.

Another question. I have a revision B pipe p/n 21184 for the wastegate. The instructions show that it has an extra wastegate flange i believe and say to block it off. I don't see that flange so maybe I don't need to block anything off and I can just use the 21824 wastegate discharge pipe to connect from WG back to the exhaust pipe correct? Heres a pic of my 2 pipes for the wastegates.

Well looking at your pictures the block off plate is already installed so you shouldn't have to block anything else off no.

No, I'm sorry. The guy that had it before me put the block off plate on there but I don't think it should even be on there at all. In order to put on the wastegate discharge pipe, I need 2 available wastegate flanges, which is exactly how many I see on the pipes I have in the pictures. I believed the old pipes use to have 3 flanges total (2 on 1 pipe and 1 on the other) which is why they said to block off one. This picture below is the old pipe before the revision. There was a wastegate relocation done on these that puts the wg at the new position now (don't have a picture of that revision but it was a mix of the one I have now and this picture so total of 2 wg flanges on that 1 pipe I think. Again this is an assumption and just wondering if you would know. Thanks

You are correct I'm sorry I was thinking of a different pipe. I'm quite familiar with the kit as I've installed quite a few of them but I just mistook that pipe for a different one. Here's some info that should help:
