I have a stage 1 T-58 turbo for my 98 12v cummins. The last time it was dyno'd, it made 546/1188 at the rear wheels using a different turbo (larger compressor, smaller turbine). I have not yet dyno'd it with the T-58.

Are the turbine sides of the 58 and the 66 (stage 2) the same? If so, can I upgrade my 58 to a 66 compressor? Im in need of more air!!!

Yes you can upgrade. Is this a new or used unit?
