Strong, tough, powerful, durable? what other adjectives can we come up with to describe the 5.9 Cummins? It has been the diesel standard for years and the Turbonetics Torque-Master Upgrades for the 5.9 live up to everything the Dodge badge stands for. Lowering the intake temperature has a dramatic effect on reducing exhaust gas temps. We know you want to pull longer, steeper, and heavier and having the very best intercooler makes it possible. For every degree the intake temp is lowered, just as much exhaust gas temperature can be reduced. For example, if you bolt-on a Spearco Intercooler and drop intake temps by 150 degrees, then you can reduce EGT?s by 150 degrees. When you turn the boost up, or decide to bolt up one of the Torque-Master Turbo Upgrades you can pull and tow hard knowing that the Spearco Intercooler upgrades provide the most efficient W.A.V.E. Technology core and lowest pressure drop on the market today. Intercooler upgrades are available for the 1999-2002 24 valve engines as well as the 2003-2006 24-valve engine models. The brand new Torque-Master 5.9 Cummins turbo upgrade is available in two different power levels. A 550HP direct factory replacement is available to replace the boost limited stock model. Bolt-on one of the Torque-Master Stage 1 upgrades and instantly make more boost, bringing the true potential of that Cummins engine to life. When you are ready to turn it up, then the Torque-Master Stage 2 & 3 are what you are after. Designed to maximize compressor wheel efficiency at high boost pressures, the Stage 2 &3 are rated for 650+ HP and allows you to make boost pressure the way the 5.9 tows and pulls? with ease. Both models feature Turbonetics Patented Ceramic Ball Bearing to be the most durable, toughest, torque making turbochargers. A perfect match for that Cummins.

Stage 3 would be a custom turbo designed specifically for your application and power goals. Best bet would be to call the sales guys at 805-581-0333 and they can help size something specifically for your goals
