Turbonetics the leader in forced induction components, accessories and systems introduces a new pedestal mounting kit for the Ford 6.0L Powerstroke diesel truck. Offered in three separate packages, Turbonetics allows its customers to have full customization. When combined with a Spearco intercooler upgrade the full power potential of the 6.0L Powerstroke can be realized.

Now there is an easy solution to replacing the underachieving factory Ford 6.0L Powerstroke diesel with a complete bolt-on kit. The Turbonetics 6.0L turbocharger pedestal kit is available in a variety of configurations to allow consumers to custom choose the power levels they want to achieve.
The mounting kit comes with both a pedestal to mount the turbocharger securely to the engine and also an adaptor flange that bolts to the inlet of a standard T4 4-bolt turbine flange to fit perfectly to the exhaust inlet v-band connection. No modifications are needed to connect to the factory exhaust plumbing to the turbocharger. Made of high strength stainless steel and precision TIG welded, the pedestal allows direct connection to the turbochargers oil drain flange for strength and proper fluid flow. As shown in the attached images, all bolts, studs, gaskets and miscellaneous hardware is included as well as full installation instructions for an easy install.
The Turbonetics turbocharger upgrade means Ford 6.0L Powerstroke owners no longer need to sacrifice slow throttle response (ie. turbo lag) by bolting on makeshift parts and can eliminate the lazy stock units spool-up. Turbonetics Patented Ceramic Ball Bearing turbo provides both fast spool-up for quick acceleration and increased airflow to help keep EGTs down. Low exhaust gas temperatures (EGT's) are extremely important when towing and when the Turbonetics turbo upgrade is combined with the Spearco Ford 6.0L (PN: 2-483) Intercooler upgrade you have a win-win combination of more power and increased efficiency. Spearco Intercoolers routinely drop intake temperatures by 150 degrees. That means an equal temperature drop in exhaust gas temps to tow longer, harder and heavier payloads. The increased airflow and cooling efficiency of the bolt-on Spearco intercooler assembly is highly recommended to be used at the time of turbocharger upgrade to properly cool the increased boost pressure and inlet temperatures.

The turbo also has an exhaust housing engineered and sized specifically for the 6.0L powerplant for smooth power delivery throughout the entire rpm range, particularly off-idle, where reduction of unburned fuel (black smoke) is so critical. Offered with a high nickel cast steel adaptor flange so that the upgraded ball bearing turbocharger drops in directly in place of the factory unit, this turbo mounts neatly and securely on the factory exhaust manifold in a short time.
