Ok since i was the guinea pig back in the day for the turbonetics kit it had been on my car for some time and i had put some major miles on it. over 50k miles actually. well anyhow the pipe was looking haggard (to say the least) so it was time to make it all pretty again before assembly of the car begins

how it was looking

little bit of prep work. simple green is my friend

how it looks now.

one thing i did find (i already knew about it) was that the intercooler pipe on the passenger side had been rubbing on the frame rail so i need to repair it before i can make it all pretty like its friends

luckily for me it never wore all the way through.

got a little more done on sat. new 1 bar spring in the wastegate rather than the little guy that came in it. also got the water/coolant lines for the turbo plumbed and the turbo reference line plumbed as well.

also had the fuel injectors flow tested today. they make 627cc at 3bar and/or
678cc at 3.5 bar. they have a nice spray pattern which is all good news.

turbo reference line with one touch fittings

the pretty turbo housing

turbonetics raptor blow off valve
