Feedback on the Customer Support and Tech Support on here
I'd like to collect some feedback on everyone's experience and thoughts about the Customer Support you have received from Turbonetics. Whether you called in with a question or to get a part, or you posted a question and got an answer, basically any experience you have had with the Customer Support Team from Turbonetics. I'd like to send this feed back on to those who have helped you and share it with other people in the company. Like anything else Customer Support is one of the driving forces in this and many other industries. Often times the only time you get feedback is when something has gone wrong. It's nice to be able to show positive feedback as well especially to the people who are doing such a good job giving it to you. All feedback is welcome of course. If there are things you think could be improved send those as well. If you remember names use them. This is about giving you the best service possible. So lets hear what you think of the support from Turbonetics you have received. Please email your stories and experiences to admin@turboneticsownersclub.com

Thanks!!! I'm just a VERY small piece of the whole machine. Like I said I do what I can but the real guys who put in the effort is the guys in Customer Support. Reggie, Brian, Steve, Ed, etc. They are the ones who get the legwork done and follow up on the work.

The only thing I haven't got was a response from Reggie about getting another Heat Shield sent to me. Remember Robert how the one we installed is too small? You said you think they gave me the Scion TC Heat Shield instead of the Spec V one. Other than that everythings been great.
