I have to say I've had a great experience with Turbonetics so far. I've had quite a range of aftermarket experiences, too.
If I have to think of an improvement, it would be to make new customers more aware of this forum when purchasing Turbonetics products. I found it by accident from a ScionLife member and fellow tC owner.
However, I am also not going to complain about this GREAT "well-kept secret".

Yeah as far as the traffic goes it's weird google locates this site once every few times I try a search. Most of the time it's just linked to threads on Scion Life, B15, My350Z ect. ect. that are TN threads.

I have to report my first small "glitch" in customer service. Today I went to return my cracked downpipe for a replacement and Turbonetics was great as usual. Got a new wastegate gasket as well. That covered the mission-critical stuff.
However, since I had had an extra bung installed for my A/F gauge, I asked them for an extra bung. I intended to pay for it, not trying to get a freebie, or have them install anything, I just needed it so my new downpipe would have the same setup.
They said they wouldn't give me one and wouldn't sell me one.
I did locate one (it's a pretty common part), but I had to make more stops to make it happen.
So, not a biggie but worth reporting (barely).

Sorry about that...Typically Turbonetics doesnt sell anything to the public so they couldn't charge you for it. Again very sorry about that. I'll forward it on to the Customer Support Manager.

not an issue, really. I almost didn't post it.
I figured it was probably because it doesn't have a part number, etc. even though they (or whoever fabricates the downpipe) probably has a bin of them sitting there.

TOP NOTCH customer service from the info and help I received from you alone here on TOC, I was able to find out that the turbonetics turbo I was sold (sold and spec'd by Forced Inductions.com) as a 1000FWP turbo is nothing more than a mess of parts that'll support 700FWP MAX.
You guys have a trade in program...or a trade up program for turbonetics owners
Thanks for giving me all the help that you did Robert and for giving me the straight, no BS info about the turbo I was sold. Its too bad I'm out even more $$ on hopes and dreams and still not have a decent performing turbocharged ride. One day.
Thanks and I'll see if I can get some more traffic headed your way from the domestic world.

Thanks for the feedback!!! As for trade in/trade up no unfortunately however there are some options for you. Since you are using a rather large T4 turbine wheel and most likely a big shaft. That means you could trade up wheels on the compressor or turbine side. That means you'll have to swap housings too though. So you could make it flow more (compressor) or less (turbine side) without paying for a whole new turbo.
