Well the A/R is the A/R. Its simple a measure of volute area. I don't think the unit you mentioned above would be too small for that amount of displacement. A T4 P Trim is a good size turbine and with that A/R i think you'll be ok with spool up time. As for the equivalent size/flow in T3 there are too many combinations of turbine wheels and A/Rs to list that MIGHT be the same in terms of flow and spool up to what you are referring to above.
