Default putting ball bearings back together?

I'm in the process of putting together my turbo while using the rebuild kit and when i got to the center piece of the turbo, i popped out the retaining rings for Journal Bearings which is fine, but i seen another ring with 8 small ball bearings. they call came out and now i dont know how to put it back in place.

If that unit had a ball bearing center section it needs to go back to Turbonetics for the rebuild. That bearing needs to be rebuilt by Turbonetics as there are no parts available for it. Plus the ceramic ball bearing turbos need to be balanced after a rebuild.
