Default shaft nut torque

What is the torque spec for the 3/8 drive nut that holds the compressor wheel on?

I am pretty sure it is snug tight with a 90' turn. Make sure to use a "T handle" only.

I looked into it and max would be 25 in ibs. 60 in ibs would be for a large frame turbo.
