What's your ultimate HP goal for this car. I just want to get a sense for how big of a compressor you would need.

The GT-K 550 is the way I would go. It utilizes a 61mm compressor wheel with a 62mm turbine wheel. It's the largest T3 turbine Turbonetics makes. As such is has the ability to handle that exhaust gas volume you will be producing but still keep spool up times low. That compressor is good for 550 CHP of air all day.

You could but you wont get the benefits of the compressor shroud porting or the combination of 61mm compressor and 62mm turbine but yes you could go to a TN series unit. The below are the closest to the GT-K 550:
TN 550 62-1 4.0" / 2.5" F1-62 T3 0.85 A/R 4 Bolt / 4 Bolt 11525 60 Series Cover
TN 550-BB 62-1 4.0" / 2.5" F1-62 T3 0.85 A/R 4 Bolt / 4 bolt 11525-BB 60 Series Cove

the
TN 550-BB 62-1 4.0" / 2.5" F1-62 T3 0.85 A/R 4 Bolt / 4 bolt 11525-BB ball Bearing
GT-K 550 HP-61 4.0"/2.5" F1-62 T3 0.82 A/R 4-bolt / 4-bolt 11261 11479 ball bearing
whats the main differences? can you please explain this to me ?
and will a 82A/R be 2 big / laggy for this 2.0L engine?

The main difference is one is ball bearing and the other is a standard bearing unit. The Ball bearing unit will spool up faster. That A/R is a little on the large side but should be fine given the inline 6

i think they recommended something about 63A/R for this engine unless you have cams and a ported head
what about the
TN 450-BB HP E-60 3.0" / 2.0" F1-57 T3 0.65 A/R 4 Bolt / 4 Bolt 11522-BB T04E Cover

You could go with that but it's not going to get you to 500+ WHP. You might hit 500 WHP but you will be pushing the limits of that compressor.
