Mazda FE Turbocharger Required
Hi Guys
I am busy with a Mazda 2L 16V FE engine swap into a RWD Ford Sapphire. The bore and stroke of this engine is square on 86 x 86mm. Mate of mine already makes 700Hp using a Turbonetics GTK unit. I am looking for 550Hp from my engine. My maximum revs will be 7'500rpm. I currently have a Garrett T3/T04E Stage 3 with a 50 A/R. What do you reccommend on this engine to make that power at 1.65bar boost? I am not concerned about space, more conerned about cost. The South African Rand is not that strong against the dollar. Any help is highly appreciated. Or do I modify my current turbo. I am looking for journal bearing as local repairs are not possible on BB units.
Thanks and regards

If space ins't an issue you could do the TN Series TN 550 turbo:
TN 550 62-1 4.0" / 2.5" F1-62 T3 0.85 A/R 4 Bolt / 4 Bolt 11525 60 Series Cover11
It's a lower cost unit with all the performance and less of the cosmetic benefits for a cheaper price. And its non-ball bearing.
Here's a link to the main site with info:
