In the spirit of this being a driven vehicle, multiple gauges is not appealing to me at all. That is where the AEM serial gauge comes in. This allows up to 19 user programmable channels, allowing me to see what the AEM Gen 2 6040 sees..and includes 2 pin guides for scrolling through. My parameters of choice:

Oil pressure
Fuel pressure
Oxygen sensor readings
Boost/vacuum
Water temp
Air temp

It also allows 24 multicolored LED lights, with alarms incase things get hairy.

In the name of stealth, I decided to mount it in the centre console...in front of the shifter.


First hole drilled, for ease:


Now followed up with a 2" hole saw:
