700 WHP with a single F1-65 turbine wheel is going to be a stretch. With as much backpressure as you are going to make from that motor you might run into backpressure issues unless the turbine housing A/R is .96 or bigger. Upgrading the turbine wheel can be done. You would need to contact Benita at 805-581-0333 and should can give the logistics on how to do it and a price.
